Our Safety Culture is expressed in our behavior based on the atmosphere we create through our beliefs and attitudes.
This can be difficult to measure but we believe it is built on these three foundational beliefs:
- Leadership Commitment and Management Involvement
Our leadership proves their commitment to safety through their actions and spending time on our jobsites where these principles are put into place.
- Employee Training and Competence
We invest in our employees by training them. Our employees have substantial knowledge of health and safety topics and they are competent in safety.
- Safety is Paramount
At CD&H there are no competing priorities. When there is a showdown between production and safety, safety wins every time.
